Cleaning Rooms was founded by Jemma, who has worked in the cleaning industry for over 21 years.
What started as domestic cleaning between school hours quickly became something much bigger. Jemma built her reputation on reliability, attention to detail and genuine care for her clients’ homes.
Then Covid changed everything.
As a self-employed cleaner unable to enter clients’ homes, Jemma suddenly found herself without income. Instead of stepping back, she stepped forward. That time became an opportunity - to rethink, to plan and to build something stronger.
Six years ago, she secured her first commercial contract.
Today, Cleaning Rooms has grown into a trusted team of nine, delivering professional cleaning services across Suffolk.
